This latest integration comes ahead of Hari Pahlawan and it reaffirms AEON Bank's commitment to provide inclusive, convenient and customer-centric solutions for Malaysians.

Malaysian armed forces personnel with a valid 'Kad MyTentera' can easily download the AEON Bank app and complete their onboarding process and activate their Savings Account-i anytime, anywhere. Once onboarded, customers can immediately access AEON Bank's full suite of Shariah-compliant banking products and services, including the Savings Account-i, AEON Bank x Visa Debit Card-i, Term Deposit-i, Savings Pot, DuitNow QR, Zakat, Takaful, JomPAY, utility bill payments, as well as a range of digital payment services through AEON Bank's strategic partners and merchant network. Moreover, AEON Bank has developed ‘Neko Missions’, Malaysia’s first gamified digital banking interactive rewards programme and ‘Neko Sensei’, the AI-powered personal financial coach.

For eligible deposit-based products under AEON Bank and AEON Bank Biz, such as the Savings Account-i, Savings Pot, Term Deposit-i, Business Current Account-i and Biz Term Deposit-i, the deposits are protected up to RM250,000 per depositor.
