AEON Points Programme is a reward programme for AEON Group customers who are registered as members of AEON Points Programme. This programme is operated by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad.

What is AEON Points Programme?

AEON Points Programme in both AEON Bank and AEON Wallet is the same AEON Points Programme operated by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad. AEON Points under AEON Points Programme are synchronised across AEON Bank’s mobile banking app and all apps under the AEON Group in Malaysia.

What are the differences between AEON Points Programme in AEON Bank and AEON Points Programme in AEON Wallet?

Customers who are registered as members of AEON Member Plus will be entitled to earn AEON Points with the following conditions:1. AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad shall reward the cardholder with AEON Points as advertised in its campaign or promotion for every transaction spent at all AEON Stores, AEON MaxValu, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness and AEON BiG Hypermarkets when the membership barcode is displayed to the cashier or self-service check-out scanner to scan, AND transaction is completed through AEON Bank’s Debit Card-i, except for the purchase and/or payment of the following:(a) Gift vouchers, cigarettes, telephone cards, mobile phone prepaid cards and stamps;(b) Purchases from The Egg House, Eneos, DAISO by AEON and AEON tenants’ outlets;(c) Delivery charges, repair and service charges;(d) Stamp duty and easy payment;(e) Parking fee at AEON Malls, AEON Stores and AEON BiG Hypermarkets;(f) Sales and Services Tax (“SST”); and(g) Any other item(s) in addition to above list excluded by AEON Stores, AEON MaxValu, AEON Maxvalu Prime, AEON Wellness and AEON BiG Hypermarkets from time to time.2. In the event the cardholder displays the membership barcode only to the cashier or self-service check-out scanner to scan, and makes payment using a payment mode other than AEON Bank’s Debit Card-i or other eligible AEON Cards, AEON Credit shall only reward the cardholder with one (1) AEON Point for every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1) spent at AEON Stores, AEON MaxValu, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness and AEON BiG Hypermarkets.3. AEON Points will be rewarded based on the cash value of the transaction.4. The rewarded AEON Points will be added to AEON Points balance in AEON Bank within 48 hours after the retail transaction is completed, except for the purchase of electrical item(s) made in AEON Stores that requires delivery. In such instances, AEON Points will be credited within seven (7) days after the electrical item(s) has been delivered and accepted by the Cardholder.5. AEON Points earnings are non-transferable.

How can I earn AEON Points?

1. AEON Points are accumulated in your AEON Points Programme account. AEON Points can be redeemed for cash value, which will be credited into your AEON Bank's Savings Account-i by default.2. AEON Bank cardholders may perform redemption via AEON Bank’s mobile banking app, AEON Wallet or <a href="http://www.aeoncredit.com.my/">AEON Credit Malaysia</a> including other platforms which will be made available from time to time. Please take note that every 200 AEON Points is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1).

Where can I redeem my AEON Points?

Your AEON Points are valid for three (3) years from the date the points were accumulated.
